Remove the Sidebar by removing the complete <div id="sidebar">. If you keep it, the Sidebars height depends on its content.
The upper menu can take up to 6 items, depending on the menu names length. The Submenu can take up to 7 items.
Depending on the situation, the Menus description or available submenus are shown.
